The Forget Me Not Family Society is pleased to present a weekend with Joe Soll,

Friday October 24th:  6:00 - 9:30 pm  Registration and Support Group
Saturday October 25th:   8am - 6:30 pm  Includes continental breakfast and lunch break
Sunday October 26th:   8 am - 11:30  Includes continental breakfast

   Agenda 

This weekend will take place at Douglas College (Room 3302) in New Westminster, B.C. located at 700 Royal Avenue.  There is ample parking, as well as easy access to public transportation. 

Joe Soll is an adoptee, author, therapist, and the director and co-founder of Adoption Crossroads in New York City, a non-profit organization that helps reunite and give support to adoptees, natural parents, as well as to help those adoptive parents who are willing to learn about the trauma adoptees and their parents have suffered.

The weekend will start with a support group meeting on the evening of Friday October 24th, followed on Saturday by an all day workshop entitled "Reunions and Expectations... And what to do about them" "   Immediately following the workshop will be another support group meeting.  A final support group meeting will be held on Sunday morning, early enough for those that need to travel home to be able to do so with plenty of time, or to allow for some sight-seeing of the area.

Cost:   Members for the entire weekend $130*
           Non - Members for the entire weekend $165*
