The purpose of the "Missing in Adoption Quilt" is to make a visual impact for all those outside of the Adoption Triangle. Each triangle represents one person affected by the adoption experience. When sewn together it will make an impressive banner for your group. When we all unite in Washington on July 28th for our March, all the banners will be displayed along side each other. If your group does not choose to participate, please feel free to drop your own individual triangle in the mail to us. We will be happy to incorporate it into our own.   (See Picture at Bottom of Page)

Each support group should have a quilt committee. The committee is responsible for cutting the triangles, getting them to members, collecting triangles and sewing them together. Each triangle may include representations of gifts, talents, interests etc.

(We must receive your quilt pieces by July 1, to insure their being included. )
