On July 28, 2001, Adoption Crossroads, Adoption Triad Outreach and the Green Ribbon Campaign for Open Records  are again providing you with the opportunity to help demonstrate to the general public, the righteousness of our cause. This 12th March on Washington for Unity and Civil Rights In Adoption, will once again give the adoption reform movement a forum to demonstrate the number of people concerned and a chance to make our message heard.

YES!...It will be a long, hot day...

YES!...It will cost some money...

But the effort and funds that you personally contribute will help to promote this era of new activism in the adoption reform movement. This March will be another step in calling attention to the fact that our civil rights are being violated...we want what is rightfully ours...access to our own records!

It's Time for those who wish to deny us our records to come to terms with the fact that WE ARE RIGHT! Not only are we right, but we are proud to stand up and be counted. Let's use our pain and anger in a constructive way...a way that will lead toward our goals...rather than stagnating in our own discontent.

IMAGINE hundreds of triad members marching from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial............

IMAGINE the media hearing story after story of separated families, some reunited after the years of uncertainty and questioning, others still searching for parents or children.....

IMAGINE walking the streets of our nation's Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial, joined together in our quest for justice under the law.....

Those of us who took part in the eight previous marches know the power and unity we felt!

Please look into your hearts and find the strength and committment to join us in Washington at the Capitol and parade to the Lincoln Memorial on July 28th for our ceremony and rally.
